SPP Klinik

We collaborate with

Evidence-based psychotherapy

Comprehensive, Evidence-Based Care

Our treatments are tailored to each individual patient and can include both medical and psychotherapeutic approaches. We address a variety of mental health concerns, offering evidence-based psychotherapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

For chronic insomnia, we offer a unique program based on CBT for insomnia that combines video-based psychoeducation with personalized consultations. Patients first watch a pre-recorded video and then have a 20–30-minute session with a therapist to create a customized sleep plan. This program is available online and provides flexibility while maintaining a high standard of care.

Psychotherapy for conditions such as depression, anxiety, or stress can be combined with medical treatment when necessary, always provided by one of our psychiatrists.
